CENTRIFUGAL PUMPS

Centrifugal Pumps are one of the most common and well-established pumps on the market. They come in many different models and can transfer fluids with high efficiency over a wide range of flows and pressures for various applications for the O&G, industrial, pulp and paper, commercial and municipal markets. There are two main categories of centrifugal pumps, radial flow or axial flow. Radial flow pumps are rotary and draw water into the center of a rotating wheel which is then propelled outside using centrifugal force. An axial flow pump creates a stream of fluid parallel to the axis of the pump body through velocity produced by impeller vanes and then centrifugal force ejects the fluid.
